Large Houses, Tigers, Hippos eating ducks, Wow what a great adventure.

We start our adventure off with the new house I put a down payment on:

I know, a little shabby right? I didn't want to go over the top with awesomeness. Just a small little something for Bryttan and me to live in.
After we visted our new home, we decided to take a drive, and where this drive ended up was:

PLUNGER ISLAND
After Plunger Island of course, we had to head through the mystical tube of mystery:
It was a long and arduous journey, but we both made it out alive, and hey, the grass was greener on the other side:

Except.....there was wildlife we did not expect, Bryttan, being the brave woman that she is, approached a wild and ferocious tiger:

Nearly being eaten alive we had barely escaped with our lives!

It wasn't to long before we realized just how harsh this environment really was:
Poor duck was only out for a stroll :(

Having lived here for a few minutes, we decided it was time to try and domesticate the wildlife:
Who would have thought you could fit a hippo into a high-chair? Not us, that's for sure.

As you can see, SplutterPlunk was having a tantrum, and I tried everything to cheer it up, from dancing an Irish Jig to Juggling!
But alas nothing would cheer up old Splutter.

We found a suitable place to build our homes, and since I am a very experienced carpenter I decided to give us a bit of luxury in this harsh land:

I don't know exactly how long we spent in this place, running for our lives from tigers that hid amongst us:
All I know is that we celebrated at least one birthday:
Throughout our travels we ran into many wild creatures, some were nice and cuddly:
Others were angry and vicious:
Some Bryttan had to teach a lesson too:
Yeah, that's right, my fiance took out a shark. Jealous much? Yeah I know.

Bryttan got along amazingly well with the locals, sometimes...a little too well:
But..but it's okay, I'm sure it doesn't mean anything right?...right?...Bryttan?

Anyway, our adventure ended shortly afterward as we finally found our way out, but not before taking a picture of the two of us:
Awwwwwww. Yeah. We know.

Weekend Roundup

New Office!
My work moved offices again, so I have another new office. However my office is a lot bigger than my last one.

Bowling!
Bryttan and I went bowling on Friday, She beat me the first game, I beat her the second game, and she beat me the 3rd game. However the second game I got 137 so that was somewhat good (not really).

Chests full of flowers!
Bryttan was cleaning and couldn't find a place to put all of the flowers she had purchased, so she put them in a dresser in the corner of her livingroom.
 More Scrapbooking!
We continued our scrapbook, which actually looks really good I think...I made a whole page by myself! HA! Take that doubters of my creative skill.

Delicious Gross Italian Restaurants
One day on my way to work I noticed this small little Italian restaurant on 2100 S and like 2100 E, just a small somewhat shabby looking restaurant. I suggested to Bryttan that we try it. We go to this restaurant, thinking it will be this delicious cheap little Italian Restaurant....we go inside and...

The inside is dimly lit and very elegant, it had a lot of vintage antiques on the walls and there were a bunch of servers waiting eagerly to seat us. One server sat us, one server brought the menus, one brought the glasses, one filled the glasses with water. I opened the menu and looked at the prices.....the average price of an Entree was $20, I was expecting maybe $10-$13...oh how mistaken I was.

I found the cheapest thing on the menu, which also happened to be the only thing that didn't have any Meat. It was Spaghetti Marinara, we ordered that, it came with soup or salad. I got the salad and Bryttan got the soup. The soup Bryttan got tasted like Old People, and the salad I got tasted like Christmas (and not in a good way). When we got our Entree it was a small plate of Spaghetti and it tasted...like an old folks home. It was AWFUL.

So...$30 some odd dollars later and we left, and it was...just....awful. We were both hungry still after and sick from eating that disgusting food. Whatever you do, do NOT go to RINO'S Restaurant. It's awful.

Lion King
The lion king SNES game finally came and we played that all weekend, aw, what a great game :)

Valentines Day
Valentines day was awesome. I made Bryttan a Shoe for her Valentine and she made me a wonderful Pillow Valentine, which is amazing and I love it :)

My gift to her was a lovely skirt, and her gift to me were 3 amazingly awesome hand-made ties. I just love her.

Bryttan also made me a wonderful Heart shaped pink Pancake, which was quite delicious :)

It was a wonderful Valentines Day, and I love Bryttan to death. :) Wouldn't have had our first Valentines Day any different.

Skiing!

Last Saturday Michael took me Skiing. I own no snow clothing so before we left, we went over to find his old clothes in his Moms basement. I put on his 14 year old brothers coat and his Mom started laughing because it was so big on me. I feel like Lilly when she goes to Marshals house for Thanksgiving on How I Met Your Mother. I ended up wearing Mikes pants from when he was 9 haha.
So, now that I was all set and ready, we headed to the great mountain. I had never been on skis before and it pretty much was just how I anticipated, haha. Tangling myself up, falling, and laughing, A LOT of laughing. I had a ton of fun, but I'm not sure I want to do it again, I might try snowboarding next time. See how that goes. I feel so badly though, BECAUSE! I didn't know, but the HUGE, GIANT hill, I was doing so well on! was not actually a hill at all. It was just the little slope in the snow that you pass over to get to the bunny hill. Which I guess is the hill for beginners. Who knew?
Michael kept asking if I wanted to go to the lift and take it up to the top of the hill and I kept saying no. I was doing so well on the "beginner hill" that I figured I'd get that down and then next time try the bigger one. So, needless to say, I didn't even make it to the bunny hill. Haha, I guess skiing just isn't my thing. I had a lot of fun though. I love Michael so much.

After we got back we went out to dinner and to see Dear John, I have the best fiance in the whole world, everyone should be jealous! When I got home and my family found out how AMAZING I was, they started laughing and told me I didn't need a pass to walk through the parking lot! Haha, That bunny hill should be afraid, because I'm totally going back next year! and I'm going to go down it! Oh, and that guy with only one leg that passed me, I'm going to pass him next year. And the guy with no legs that passed me, Get out of my way! You have it easy, you're sitting on a chair! And little 3 year old girl that also passed me, be afraid.

Martin Luther King Jr. once said, “I have a dream that one day every valley shall be exalted, every hill and mountain shall be made low, the rough places will be made straight...” I like that! Take me skiing again when that day comes :)

How We saved a Hooker's Life

Soooooooo,

Bryttan and I just finished watching Avatar (Horrible Moie BTW, but Beautiful Special FX) and were leaving the Ghetto Theater (3300 S, State) and were driving down state street headed for I-80.

When on the sidewalk we see what appear to be a drunk man and woman stumbling down the sidewalk, however we then realize that it is a girl trying to run away from this guy who is grabbing her and hitting her.

I tried to to turn around really quickly to drive back, but there was a median so I had to drive a block before I could turn around, by the time I gt back to the scene, the man had her on a bus bench and was just wailing on her, I took off my seatbelt, ready to jump out, rolled down my window and yelled Hey, the guy took of running and the girl, in tears, is screaming for help, and for me to call the Police.

The guy jumps into a car and they speed off.

This woman comes up to my window, and oh boy, she smelled of urine and cheap perfume. Sobbing and bawling she asks me to call the police which I begin doing, she walks back to the bus bench grabs her purse, comes back, tells me to stop calling the police she will just walk home, and begins walking down the street.

How fun.

Not every day you get to save a hookers life eh? Haha.

Justin's Secret Admirer

So I come home from work and low and behold there is a Valentine waiting outside of Justin's Door.

Who left it? I do not know, and neither does Justin as he is still sleeping and has yet to see it.

Bryttan took some pictures I feel I should share, and hopefully someone out there knows who sent him this Valentine, because honestly, it's Awesome.

Wait...what?! Justin hangs out at Studio 600?!

Who knew.

Pizza Kitchens, and Roasting Lambs

This is very good information to know, for those of you currently living with any Lambs, or who may know a Lamb that you would like to roast. I'm attempting to try a Canadian Lamb, but I'm unsure of how it will turn out. It could end up being disastrous.
The California Pizza Kitchen, has some very delicious pizza in case anyone was wondering which you all were.
And yes, we ate there. And Yes, it was delicious thank you for asking. And yes I did get the White Pizza as always. :)
