Baby

My eldest sister had her seventh baby on 09/01/12

My mom and I have been there for, or right after, every one of her births. She brings her sweet children into this world, in her home. In to their home. With all of their brothers and sisters loving them, from the moment they arrive.
These children are special. They have many scars, eyes that have seen too much sad, and ears that have heard too many unkind words. But their hearts are huge. They stick together, and they love each other.
Here are a few pictures I snapped, soon after baby girl number four was born. I love these kids with all of my heart. I pray for them. That they will have strength to defend themselves against the adversary. I pray that they will have knowledge of right and wrong. That they will be strong individuals, that they will not be followers, and that they will always know, that they are children of a loving Heavenly Father.

Extra cheese please!

There is a nice grassy hill right next to our new house, where we like to take Moose in the evenings.. and occasionally at 2:30 in the morning.
There is a great view of the mountains from there, and the sunsets are gorgeous!
The other day our nephew, Taiger, was over at our house. We decided to take Moose over to the hill. It was great entertainment watching them run around with her. What crazies.

Can ya smell that?

 It's all those mashed potatoes!

Spud Day was this last week end. I'm so glad Mike will go with me.. even if he makes fun of everyone's small town accents. Yes, even I have one. And somehow it always finds its way out when I'm home.

just send me some eye candy

Finding clothes for him has been a little challenging. He's pretty tall, that man.

He has a good heart and is the perfect example of Christ.
And I know he just loves me more and more, each time I inform him of some of his not as good, clothing choices... or insist on ironing his clothes before he walks out that front door in the mornings.

The good thing is, we have the same style. We like the same things. And we like each other!

So as he goes off to the old Mill and Grind every day, I'll gladly sit here looking at clothes, while picturing him in each outfit I find :)

Having a husband is just too much fun. I love shopping for him, he's gorgeous!

But this one made me laugh

New chapter

I've watched them all grow from a little bebe to a tiny person.

Today I said good bye to them. They are such sweet kids, and I hope that just because I am no longer working for the family, that they will still be around.
What fun years it has been. I won't only miss these kids, but their parents as well. It was hard for everyone to say good bye today.
I am so thankful that I have been able to be a little part of their lives, and that they were a part of mine.

As I was leaving, their mom told me how fun it will be for me, when I find one of their wedding announcements in the mail one day, and think, "Wow! I helped him become, him!" (or her ;))

What a sweet family I was able to work for. I love them and will miss them, but am happy to start this new chapter in my life.

It is weird knowing that I am no longer employed by anyone though. I don't know how long I will be able to stand it.

I miss them already!
