A SMILE A DAY

I didn't post a "smile" yesterday. Some of my family came to visit and I was so surprised to see my Dad! I don't get to see him often enough which really sucks because we are so close. No one told me He was going to be coming down with everyone, so it was such a wonderful surprise.
I seriously have the best family in the world. I love them to pieces.
They helped me pack and get a lot of our stuff moved over to our new house. THANKS GUYS!!!!
They played with Moose, My Mom and I got to play Boggle together (we rock at that game) and I got to hang out with my nephew Taiger.

So my Smile A Day post for yesterday, is this.
My family.
I love them so much and life would suck without all of them.

Here are some shots of the past few days. Wish everyone else could have come down too. Oh well, I take what I can get :)

"I'm not zoned for dogs"

Sometimes during the day, I feel like Miss Hannigan.

I like dogs. Am I a "dog person?" not so much.
Do I enjoy them? yes.
Do I love puppies? Oh yeah! if they're cute! Who doesn't love a cute little puppy??
Nazis. That's who.
Do I love our new little puppy? Of course! But is She still just an animal? yes. Do I get totally disgusted and freak out sometimes at little things, like her being IN the house? OH YES!
Does Mikey laugh at me and say "you were almost like a normal person for a few minutes there!" Yes He does.
Because even though I love animals, especially my dog in Idaho and our new pup, they are still ANIMALS. They don't know to cover their mouth when they sneeze. They don't know to chew with their mouths closed. They don't know to wipe there feet when they come into the house, or to wipe their own hineys when they're done going to the bathroom, which by the way, they don't "go to the bathroom" they use the great outdoors!
Did I make it only half way on my walk and have to turn around because I knew that She had to go to the bathroom and I refuse to pick up my pets poop with a plastic bag and carry it around with me? YES.
So no, no one has ever died from "puppy kisses" but I am allowed to have my "weird freak outs" throughout the day. She's cute, She's adorable, She loves Mikey, She's good, She has awesome Green eyes, but she is still a dog.
But I do love our Mooser
Even if I get grossed out sometimes.


Funny story.
This is Mike's and My conversation on his way out the door this morning;
Mikey: "Will you try not to kill Moose while I'm gone?"
Me: "Haha, I'll try"
Mikey: (very serous) "No really, don't get mad and kill Her, k?"
Me:"I'll try not to!"

-day 2-

I fell asleep on the couch last night waiting for Mikey to get done with work. He was on a conference call from 5:00pm to 1:00am.
The things He does for us. I love Him. Yes, even after He did this to me.

Apparently He woke me up to go into bed by taking pictures of me with the flash on. I was SO TIRED, that when I woke up this morning, I didn't remember that happening at all. I turned on my camera to upload my photos from the previous day, and was super surprised to see a handful of these model shots! I think what made it most funny was my reaction when I saw them, and then His response. The jerk!
I'll get my revenge one day.
UGH!

What makes me smile? Spontaneous dancing.
Someone grasping my hand, twirling me around, and before I know it we're laughing and dancing, and singing along to the music.
This is a picture of my cute parents dancing together at my brothers wedding.
I love how happy they are.
